TRAVERSE CITY PARROTHEAD CLUB
The TC Parrothead Club is an affiliate of PARROTHEADS IN PARADISE, INC. (PHIP). We are based in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. We are a non-profit group organized to celebrate the music and tropical spirit of Jimmy Buffett while assisting with charitable and environmental causes in our community. We call it PARTYING WITH A PURPOSE.
We are blessed to be part of a community with a rich tradition of helping others. Our cultural diversity allows us to enjoy music for all tastes. We are truly a community for all seasons and, as a group, we have many opportunities to give back to the community which gives us so much and for us to leave behind something positive.
Traverse City lies at the foot of Grand Traverse Bay only minutes from Lake Michigan and any number of lakes and rivers. The land upon we live provides a rich bounty which supports our claim as the Cherry Capital of the World and provides the fruit for some of the finest wines in Michigan. Our environment is important to us and we believe in promoting positive stewardship of our many land, water and air resources.
Our club is open to anyone who not only loves Jimmy's music, but believes strongly in giving back to the community and protecting the environment in which we live.
